They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, or mental health condition, and do not replace professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic care.

Vocal Transformation, its founders, instructors, facilitators, staff, partners, and affiliates do not provide medical, mental health, or therapeutic advice.

You agree that:

  • You will not disregard or delay professional care due to information learned through Vocal Transformation
  • Any practices or exercises are undertaken at your own responsibility

 

Participant Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

By enrolling in any Vocal Transformation course, program, or event, you confirm that you are in sufficient physical, mental, and emotional health to participate in transformational learning experiences.

You understand that transformational work may involve emotional awareness, somatic engagement, or shifts in perception, and you accept full responsibility for your participation, choices, actions, and outcomes.

 

Indemnification & Hold Harmless Agreement

By registering, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vocal Transformation and its founders, instructors, staff, affiliates, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from:

  • Your participation in any course, program, or event
  • Your use or interpretation of content or practices
  • Any violation of these Terms & Conditions or program policies

 

Community Agreements & Code of Conduct

You agree to follow all stated program guidelines, shared agreements, and community standards.

Vocal Transformation reserves the right to remove participants from live sessions, community spaces, or programs if behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, promotional, harmful, or misaligned with the integrity and well-being of the group.

 

Recording, Media & Use of Likeness

By participating in live or recorded sessions, you acknowledge and consent that:

  • Your spoken questions or comments may be recorded, transcribed, or shared
  • Your image or voice may appear in recordings
  • Content may be used for educational or promotional purposes
  • Such use may occur in perpetuity and at Vocal Transformation’s discretion

 

Opinions Expressed

The views and opinions expressed by instructors or participants are their own and do not necessarily represent those of Vocal Transformation or other participants.

 

Payment, Access & Removal

Vocal Transformation reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or revoke access for non-payment
  • Terminate participation for violation of policies or agreements
  • Remove participants to preserve the safety and integrity of the learning environment
